When you sign up to Ora 24/7 gym, you will be asked to sign paperwork to complete your enrolment. Our Waiver and Liability Form was created to keep everyone safe and ensure you understand what it means to sign up to the gym, Muay Thai classes, kids classes, Personal Training or fitness classes. Have a read below. We want you to have access to this information so you can make an informed decision.
Acknowledgement of Risk, Injury and Obligations
This agreement means this membership is an agreement made between you and Ora 24/7. Ora 24/7 includes agents, representatives, officers, directors, successors, affiliates, subsidiaries and employees. You or the client means the person described within this agreement who is applying for membership at Ora 24/7 I acknowledge that the activities I am about to undertake have potential risks and that by participating in them, I am exposed to certain risks. As a small business we will do everything possible to provide a safe and clean environment but be aware its 24/7 with some unstaffed hours.
– I acknowledge and understand that whilst participating in any such activities
– I may be injured, physically, mentally, or may die
– Any physical conditions I may have, of which I may or may not be aware, of which I may or may not have disclosed to the centre or its staff, may be aggravated or worsened by my participation.
– My personal property may be lost or damaged & other persons participating in such activities may cause me injury or may damage
– I may cause injury to other persons or damage their property
– The conditions in which activities are conducted may vary without warning.
– I may be injured or die or suffer damage to my property as a result of the negligence or breach of contract of the fitness centre operator, its servants or agents.
– There may be no or inadequate facilities for treatment or transport me if I am injured
– You, assume the risk of, and the responsibility for any injury, illness, death or property resulting from my participation in any activities
– You are aware that if I fail to pay any fee’s owed to Ora 24/7 inclusive of debt collector fee’s, remainder of my contract, sign up fee’s or any late payment fee’s that I am aware and agree to have the funds collected by the necessary means from which Ora 24/7 management deems worthy
– If you choose to remove your shoes you are aware that you many injury yourself and we advise against the removal
– Do not use clips during on personal bests (especially bench pressing) and ask for a spot.
Release and Indemnity to the Fitness Centre Operator
In consideration of the acceptance of my payment (or guest status) for participating in any activity (and except to the extent that the centre may be precluded by statute)
– You agree to release and indemnify Ora 24/7 and staff as follows:
– You participate in the activities at my sole risk and responsibility. (including all the acknowledgement of risk, injury and obligations)
– You release, indemnify and hold harmless the Ora 24/7 Centre operator, its servants and agents, from and against all and any actions or claims which may be made by me or on my behalf or by other parties for or in respect of arising out of any injury, loss, damage or death caused to me or my property whether by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.
– You agree that in the event that I am injured or my property is lost or damaged, I will bring no claim, legal or otherwise, against the Ora 24/7 Centre operator or its servants and agents, in respect of that injury, loss or damage.
– You use the Facilities provided by Ora 24/7 at your own risk and acknowledge that the use of the Facility may involve risk of injury, whether caused by you or another party.
– You release, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Ora 24/7 against and from all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgements and losses of any kind whatsoever arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from any accident, damage, loss, damage to property, injury or death to any person.
Contract Regulations
This contract agreement incorporates the terms of Ora 24/7 membership policies and centre rules (located in the gym) and Ora 24/7 privacy policy which is available upon request. Your membership permits you to use Ora 24/7 premises, facilities, equipment and services as shown and limited by the membership identified
– Your membership is non-transferable by you unless deemed appropriate by the director of Ora 24/7
– One week as defined within this contract is a period of seven consecutive days of time, the period beginning with Sunday and ending with Saturday You will be charged for one week whether you use the gym every day or once or not at all.
– The usage is solely dependent on the client however, the agreement for payment is on a weekly basis
– You are aware there is a weekly administration fee of $1.30, an initial set-up fee/admin fee of $40 & access card fee (non-refundable) is to be paid by credit card and is not refundable after that deductions will be made from bsb and account number.
– I am aware that there may be a dishonour fee of $8.80 and/or $25.00 if I fail to pay my fees on time each time the payment fails
– I am aware all contracts are until further notice meaning my contract will continue until I the client cancel the contract. You must give 4 weeks notice to cancel (the 4 weeks is paid notice)
– If you fail to fulfil your contract and make no payment then you will be sent to a debt collection agency
Ora 24/7 reserves the right to terminate a client’s privileges in the event of the following:
– A direct debit membership is in its arrears for any fees or services
– A members conduct is improper or harmful to the best interest of Ora 24/7 and/or its members
– You let someone into the gym without permission

Rules of the Gym
1. All doors are on an ALARM if the doors are opened for no reason the Alarm will activate alerting the Security Company to follow up.
2. There is a $200 call out fee charged to the person that opens the door.
3. All doors are an Emergency Exit only & monitored on camera
4. When the main door is closed, this door is Alarmed activated when closed. and this is the Swipe door that is your first point of exit.
5. There are multiple Cameras in the GYM and around the gym
6. USE EXIT BUTTON to leave the GYM and where to swipe card to enter into the Gym.
7. Do not give your card to another person to use. The card is in your name only, soon as you swipe your card it shows that you have swiped in and on Camera. People have been expelled from the gym permanently. .If someone knocks at the door to let them into the gym DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR. You do not know if there membership has been cancelled. They could be owing money which will result in cancellation of their Swipe Card.
8. Fire emergency door at the back of the gym and the main entrance doors.
9. If there is a Fire in the Gym and that you can’t go Back through the gym then proceed to the entrance door
10. There is 3 Showers & 3 Toilets
11. NO BIKES IN THE GYM !!
12. Do not bring non-members into the gym
13. Do not let people into the gym when they knock on the door
14. Do not give a non-member my access card and Do not allow people to walk into the gym with me without swiping their card
15. DO NOT DROP THE WEIGHTS & DO NOT USE LIQUID CHALK You’ll be asked to leave if you disrespect our home.
