Ingredients
- 3 large Pears
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 4 spoons of Yogurt per cup
Directions
- Freeze your yogurt in small cups
- Slice pears and place then into a sealable plastic bag. Pour cinnamon and protein powder into the bag. Shake vigorously, plate and serve with frozen yogurt
